Euro 2016 Wales vs Belgium Prediction
Euro 2016 Quarterfinal Betting Lines & Match Preview

It is fair to say that Wales have been the surprise package of Euro 2016 so far having reached the quarter-final stages of their first-ever European Championships.
They may have fallen 2-1 to England in the group stages, yet they still finished top of Group B thanks to a 2-1 win over Slovakia, and a 3-0 thumping of Russia in their final game.
Last time out, in the Round of 16, Wales beat Northern Ireland 1-0 thanks to an own goal by Gareth McAuley, and have seen their odds on winning Euro 2016 slashed to +2000.
Wales need a stellar performance from talismanic forward Gareth Bale if they are to overcome their biggest test of the tournament so far. Bale has three goals and an assist so far, which prices him at +550 to open the scoring and +225 to score at any point.
The Welsh start the game at +450 to win in 90-minutes, and +250 to qualify. While it would be great to see Wales reach the semi-finals, this seems like too tough of a test for them, especially with Belgium hitting top gear, or so it seems.
Belgium are now +450 third favorites to win Euro 2016 after their 4-0 demolition of Hungary in the Round of 16.
They were not convincing in the group stages, losing 2-0 to Italy, and struggling to beat Sweden 1-0, but they smashed three goals past Republic of Ireland, and then another four past hapless Hungary to reach the quarter-finals.
Odds of a Belgium win at around the -143 mark, which shows the confidence the betting public and betting sites have in the men in red getting the job done without the need for extra time and penalites.
Eden Hazard was instrumental in Belgium’s 4-0 win over Hungary, putting in a scintillating display that included a superb solo goal to make it 3-0. The Chelsea man has been out of sorts for the best part of a year, but this showed Hazard is back to his brilliant best, and that spells bad news for Wales.
I fancy Romelu Lukaku to get on the score sheet during the game, at odds of +140; the Everton man is +350 to score first.
Wales could cause Belgium problems going forward, but they need to fight fire with fire and attack. If they sit back and defend, hoping to hit Belgium on the counter, Belgium could win this game by two or more goals.
Incidentally, 2-0 to Belgium can be bet on at +600, which is where I think my money will be going. Sorry, Wales fans.
