Predators take perfect home record into Game 3 vs. Ducks

Here are a few NHL betting options to consider, with odds courtesy of Bovada.
The Nashville Predators were able to get a split in California and grabbed home-ice advantage in the Western Conference Final, which resumes on Tuesday night.
Deadlocked at one game apiece, the Predators will host the Anaheim Ducks in Game 3 at Bridgestone Arena.
The Preds enter action as -155 favorites on home ice, where the club has yet to drop a game in these playoffs. Nashville boasts a perfect post-season record of 5-0 at Bridgestone Arena.
Can the Ducks snap that streak? They head to the Music City as +135 underdogs after coming out on top in Game 2.
One thing the Ducks have been able to figure out is how to get pucks past Pekka Rinne, who’s been brilliant between the pipes for the Predators. However the Ducks overtook the Penguins as the highest scoring playoff team, averaging 3.23 goals per game. Nashville’s stingy defense continues to allow less than two goals against per game.
The opening contest of this series needed overtime, but will the Ducks and Preds require extra periods to determine a winner on Tuesday night? Bovada is offering +305 odds Game 3 will go to overtime — a bet worth taking considering the series has been tight through two matches.
Game 1 combined for five goals while Game 2 totalled eight. Can you predict whether the third tilt in this series will produced an odd or even result? It may be worth putting your money down on an even outcome, which is paying +200.
Based on the head-to-head history, these two clubs have ducked it out in the past as four of their last 10 meetings have gone over projected goal totals. Two of the last three games have also gone over. With an over/under line of 5 set for Tuesday night, put your money on the over again, only this time it’ll be the Predators that keep their perfect home playoff record intact.
